Sales/Purchase

# We carry out Valuation exercise to determine the OMV (Capital Value) of properties belonging to (or about to be purchased) by our clients.

# Conduct search from the Registry to ascertain the status of the property(ies)

# We also market our clients’ property(ies) via Direct Mailing, Email Ads, Newspapers, Inter Agency Corporation, etc.

# Consummate the deal and remit the sales proceeds to our client.

Letting

# Determining the appropriate rent for our clients’ properties. We also carry out lease negotiation on behalf of our client.

# We also market our clients’ property(ies) via Direct Mailing, Email Ads, Newspapers, Inter Agency Corporation, etc.  

# Selection of prospective tenants for our clients properties

# Finalizing lease agreement with the prospective tenant(s)

# On consummation of letting, we collect the proceeds on behalf of our client and deposit same in our clients’ account.

# Taking inventory of landlord's fixtures and fittings and getting the tenant to sign for such items.
